Just like you, my way into the world of PIlates & Yoga Studios was through my own practice.
I found yoga when I was 15. Started teaching at 18.
At 22, I left my 9-5 job to follow my passion for teaching yoga.

Can’t I just hire someone to do my marketing for me?
I get this question a lot, so I wanted it to be FIRST on this list. It’s so important.

You hire a big agency to do a website overhaul & SEO.

When are the live business coaching calls? Do I have to attend live to participate?
The calls rotate each week, Monday-Friday, to make sure that any time zone and any schedule can plan to attend a call live. We record the calls and share the recording with you, so it is ok if you’re not able to make it live.
